Extremely noisy street with trams!!! Only one pillow per person, while the mattress felt like a cheap camping bed. Shower tray pools water, making it hard to avoid a flood!!! Weak Wi-Fi signal in rooms.

Overall, a solid choice! Location's great, very close to Palestra metro station (only 8 minutes) and a quick tram ride to Milano Centrale (about 15 min). Staff was super helpful (they even let us leave our bags).
